CMA Dishmachines CMA 181-VL 208 – 230 / 1 Details
Perfect for use in high volume restaurants and bars, this CMA 81-VL high temperature energy recovery undercounter glass washer provides a powerful and efficient clean. As an energy recovery unit, this model reduces the amount of water vapor that escapes during and after the cycle. The heat recovery system promotes faster drying of glasses while reducing energy costs by using only a cold water supply.
The large 11 1/4″ interior chamber clearance is designed to accommodate taller stemware, mugs, and glasses of any size. This versatile unit can effectively clean up to 20 racks or 600 glasses per hour. An efficient 1 hp wash motor uses only 0.73 gallons of water per cycle in order to conserve both water and energy. The soft start feature reduces noise and also minimizes the chance of glass breakage to prolong the life of your glassware!
A 180 degree Fahrenheit final rinse is made possible by the integrated Safe-T-Temp booster heater, which is capable of a 70 degree Fahrenheit rise during a 178 second cycle. A pair of rotating arms rinse the contents inside with fresh water. Durable type 304 stainless steel construction reduces heat loss while ensuring that the unit can withstand years of high volume use.
For additional convenience, the washer chamber is set at a user-friendly height to maximize employee comfort by minimizing the user’s need to consistently bend over to unload the glassware. Top-mounted and easy-to-read controls help provide effortless operation. A removable stainless steel pump protection screen serves to maintain the internal components and can be removed for easy cleaning. It requires a 208-230V electrical connection.
