Keeping your dishes and glasses clean is essential to the life of your business, and thanks to this durable unit, you can successfully clean up to 58 racks per hour! This ensures that you’ll always be able to keep up with peak hours of service at your establishment. For added benefit, this warewashing unit is field convertible from straight through to corner and vice versa. It requires a 208/230V, 3 phase electrical connection.

Plus, an exclusive Sani-Sure feature also aids in assuring proper temperatures.
Powerhouse Cleaning
Specially designed stainless steel nozzles prevent clogging to provide superb cleaning action. The included delimer switch makes quick work of removing hard water deposits, so your dishes will be left sparkling clean every time. Other great features of this dish machine include the multi-cycle timer, hi-limit thermostat and low water protection, and a self-draining pump.
Door Type
his door type machine features a generous 17 1/4″ door that accepts 18″ trays. Thanks to the auto-start feature, the washing cycle begins as soon as you close the door.
